Return Policy

Due to the nature of MyArtChannel’s custom ordering system, we can only accept returns on damaged items or on items received due to an error made by MyArtChannel.

If you wish to preview your artwork before you commit to a purchase, proof size (11"x14") prints are available at $10CDN per image. These images will allow you to better visualize the image in your space and are printed with the same 200-year fade resistant ink as our full size prints. Due to the MyArtChannel technology, we are able to produce your full-size print and the colour will not deviate from your sample proof.

All items prior to shipment are thoroughly inspected by a member of the MyArtChannel team to ensure that all of our high quality standards are met. Although all items are inspected and shipped with insurance, unforeseen circumstances may result in damaged products. MyArtChannel will gladly exchange your damaged item (for a damage free identical item). All exchanges will be honored if the damage is reported to MyArtChannel within 2 business days of your receipt of the product, so please take the time to inspect your product as soon as you receive it.

Before you return any item(s) to MyArtChannel, you must receive authorization and confirmation from one of our customer service representatives. To request authorization please call MyArtChannel at 604-430-3020 to provide the following details:

  • Order number, First & Last Name
  • Item number(s) you want to return
  • Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, received duplicate item etc...
  • Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your Return Authorization & Instructions.

Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you via e-mail of your exchange delivery date. If your return is not due to our error or damage, we will deliver the product back and you will incur an additional shipping fee. To maintain our service commitment to you, MyArtChannel will pay for all delivery fees associated with items delivered to you due to an error by MyArtChannel.
